Terms & Conditions

Noddy’s Ark is a working farm, and visits are strictly by appointment only. Drop-in visits are not permitted. By booking a visit, you agree to the following terms and conditions on behalf of your whole party and have communicated this to all you are bringing:

1. Visitor Responsibility & Risk Acknowledgment

All visits to Noddy’s Ark are undertaken at the visitor’s own risk. While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, animals can and will behave unpredictably. Visitors accept this as an inherent risk of interacting with live animals. You acknowledge that interactions with animals may carry inherent health risks, including but not limited to zoonotic diseases (illnesses that can be transmitted from animals to humans), bacterial infections, and skin conditions.

Noddy’s Ark and P & L Farm Enterprises Ltd accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during the visit, except where caused by proven negligence.

2. Farm Environment & Safety

Noddy’s Ark is a working farm, with farm machinery, uneven terrain, and live animals. Visitors must take care when moving around the premises.

Pregnant women are strongly advised against visiting due to potential health risks associated with farm animals, such as toxoplasmosis and other zoonotic diseases.

Sensible clothing and sturdy, closed-toe footwear must be worn. The farm environment is unsuitable for high heels, sandals, or flip-flops.

Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

3. Animal Interaction & Conduct

Visitors must always follow the instructions of Noddy’s Ark staff. Failure to do so may result in the immediate termination of the visit without refund.

Do not enter animal enclosures, feed animals, or attempt to pick them up unless explicitly permitted and supervised by staff. Users/customers must follow all hygiene and safety protocols, including handwashing, use of protective gear, and adherence to any posted guidelines.

If you have an open wound, compromised immune system, or pre-existing skin conditions, you must take extra precautions and consult with a healthcare provider before engaging in activities involving animal contact.

Loud noises, running, or sudden movements may startle the animals and should be avoided.

Any injuries, accidents, or concerns must be reported to staff immediately.

4. Health & Hygiene

Handwashing facilities are available and must be used before and after animal interactions, especially before eating or drinking.

Visitors must not visit if they are experiencing symptoms of illness, particularly those related to gastrointestinal infections, which can be spread in farm environments.

5. Booking, Cancellations & Refusals

Visits are strictly by appointment. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.

Noddy’s Ark reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a visit if visitors fail to comply with these terms and conditions or behave in a manner deemed unsafe or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Agreement & Acknowledgment

By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. You acknowledge that animal encounters involve inherent risks and accept full responsibility for your own safety and that of any minors under your supervision. Noddy’s Ark are not liable for any illness, infection, or disease that may result from interaction with animals, use of our facilities, or engagement with our products or services.

While we take reasonable measures to minimize risks, including maintaining hygiene standards and disease prevention protocols, users accept full responsibility for their personal health and well-being.
