Our goats love people & love food! They are possibly the nosiest animals you will ever meet and have no manners! Make sure you are in old clothes that you don't mind getting dirty as these little guys will climb all over you, they have no boundaries! Your visit will start with meeting our herd of 12 goats, getting to know them and learning about the different breeds and personalities. We will then take some of them for a short walk around our family farm, which will be slow paced, allowing for lots of photos for you and snack stops for them, before returning to the farmyard

We will then take some of them for a short walk around our family farm, which will be slow paced, allowing for lots of photos for you and snack stops for them, before returning to the farmyard to groom and fuss them some more.
We walk up to 4 goats at a time (if there are more that 4 people in your group you will have to share). All children between 4 years and 10 years old must share with a full paying adult. Childen over 10 years old may walk solo with a goat, however there must be a full paying adult in attendance. Children under 3 may attend for free but must be kept under close control at all times with a 1:1 ratio (pushchairs allowed but must be pushed by someone not leading a goat).

Watch them play and climb in their purpose built playground. Farmer Beth will teach you all about their breeds, diet, welfare, peronalities and how she care

Our goats are incredibly friendly and love nothing more than to eat out of your hands and have a cuddle and scratch. We will provide all brushes & treats.

The important small print!
- Much like us, goats don't like wet weather. If your walk is scheduled when the weather is bad we will offer you the chance to change to a cuddle & groom or reschedule for another day.
- All goat encounters are private bookings, there will only be you and our staff in attendance. You'll have the goats to yourself.
- Goats have no boundaries or manners, they will jump up at you like a dog, they may also play-butt you too. You may well get dirty and long boots may be a good idea. We don't recommend these experiences to those very nervous around animals. Please let us know if you are nervous and we will taylor your visit to your needs.
- Goats LOVE toggles, tassles & zips and will try and chew, nibble and pull on these.
- Goats are herd animals and don't like to walk alone so we ask that you book for two or more people.
- You will have a safety briefing before you encounter. It is important that you listen to ALL instructions. If you or anyone in your group is found to be running around, shouting or scaring the animals, you will be asked to leave.
- Some of our goats have horns, the way nature intended. Please be careful of these as they may catch you or your clothing.
- We are fully licenced and insured to carry out these animal encounters but have endorsements we must adhere to. Children must be over 10 years old to walk a goat on their own, and children aged 4-10 years may walk a goat but must have a full paying acompanying adult to help them. Children under 4 years old may attend but be under the 1:1 care of an adult and not in control of a goat. Non-goat walking guests may push a pushchair.
- If the day you want isn't showing as available on our booking section, please contact us as we may be able to accomodate you.
- Our goats love people but may be scared by sudden movements or noises. We ask that everyone is respectful of them and follows the direction of the animal handler.
- These activities are not advised for pregnant women.
- Full hand washing facilities and toilets are available.
- We have strict biosecurity arrangements and ask that you follow all instructions on arrival.
